The Masuhana High Plate features a wide, flat surface enclosed by tall, straight walls that give it the contained quality of a shallow bowl. Masuhana (舛花), rendered here in Charcoal, is a deep grey-brown with a dry, earthy matte finish and subtle variation across the surface. From Minoso's Earth collection, the dark tone makes the colors in plated food stand out clearly against it. The raised wall makes it well suited for sauced courses or small shared dishes. Available in 8" and 10" diameter.
