Most of our handcrafted pieces are made to order in Los Angeles. Standard production time is 6-8 weeks, followed by 1-2 weeks for white-glove delivery depending on your location.

Currently, we ship exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. For inquiries regarding shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations, please contact our concierge team for a custom quote.
What is your return policy on home decor?
We accept returns on non-furniture items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable.

We recommend professional dry cleaning for all our linen and velvet upholstery. For daily maintenance, light vacuuming with a brush attachment and immediate spot cleaning with a damp cloth is advised.
